How To Work Out Your Quantity Requirements

It is always difficult to predict the number of servingware items you will need for your restaurant, but as a rule of thumb we recommend that you will need 4 times the amount of seats. Therefore you will have: one to serve, one to wash, one to be plating, and a spare for whatever is dropped.

Example Scenario

For a cafe or small restaurant that seats 45 customers, the recommended amount would be to get 200 of all the items you need (covering crockery, cutlery, glassware).

By buying approximately 200 of everything, that is 4 times the amount of seats and you will have spares in case of breakages. It is important to allow yourself plenty of turnaround while these items are being cleaned and are in use.
