All kettles are manufactured using concealed heating elements and safety cut-out switches, designed to deliver boiled water quickly effectively and without leaving electrical aftertastes that are found in cheaper and inferior products.

 

John Batman Group uses only Strix™ controllers in its kettles. The Strix™ thermostat safety control system provides optimum performance to meet the highest safety standards throughout the world. This unique control system is specifically designed for electronic kettle applications utilising conventional concealed heaters. The control features two levels of protection against boiling dry or accidental dry switch on of the appliance. 

 

All appliances adhere to Australian standards and requirements and come with full certification and approval. Each of the JBG Hotel Appliances are clearly marked with the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) compliance C-Tick certification and identification number.  

 

All JBG Hotel Appliances come with a 12 month manufacturers’ warranty.
