We have made every effort to describe as accurately as possible the features of our products, however, you are encouraged to contact our Customer Service Representatives if you have any queries about the features, dimensions or any other aspect of our products as we can only accept returns if a product is delivered to you in a faulty condition or does not do we have described that it will.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products and colour guides appearing on this website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s monitor will display these colours accurately. To ensure that you will be happy with your product selection we highly recommend requesting a colour swatch of the material/colour you are after before placing your order. We cannot accept returns due to change of mind or incorrect choice so please choose carefully.

Written quotations obtained from our Customer Service Representatives are valid for a period of seven (7) days from the date of issue.
