Purchasing via our Secure Website

Whether you are searching for the latest products or looking for something in particular, our user-friendly website allows you to easily browse, search and select items at your own leisure.

While you are on any page of our website, you can utilise the Search function at the top right of your screen to make finding the product you are after quick and easy.
Once you have found the product(s) that you would like to purchase, simply click on the 'Add to Cart' button.

Our online Shopping Cart is just like being at the supermarket. You can add any of our fantastic products to the Shopping Cart as you view them.
Your Shopping Cart will stay with you while browsing the site, displaying a running total at the top of your screen while you continue to shop. 

Purchasing online with John Batman Group super easy – just 5 simple steps.

1. Your Order – can be adjusted anytime while you shop, just click on the Shopping Cart icon at the top right of the screen. When you are ready to purchase, just follow the steps to Check Out.
2. Membership Sign In – if you are a member of the John Batman Group website, you can login to save yourself some time. Your membership account will automatically fill in your name, address and telephone details, which will speed up the ordering process.
If you are not a member, you can register for free membership. Please be assured that your credit card information will not be stored for security reasons.
If you would prefer not to become a member just yet, you can just enter your email address in the Check Out process which will only be used to send your order confirmation.
3. Address Details – ensure that your billing and delivery address details are correct and advise us of any special instructions in the comments section when completing your order.
4. Payment & Shipping – once you have checked that all details are correct and the order is complete, select your preferred payment method. You can pay online via credit card or PayPal. For credit cards, simply enter your card number, expiry date and security code, which are required to process your payment.

Your low, flat rate delivery charge includes packaging and delivery within Australia. For deliveries outside Australia, we will contact you with the delivery charge for your order calculated on the average weight of the total purchase as well as its destination.
5. Receipt – once your order has been approved, an email order confirmation complete with an order number will be sent to you as confirmation of your purchase. Your order details will be sent in the form of a tax invoice/receipt by email. An original tax invoice will also accompany your order.
