Ordering
Prices of products, services, delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of placement on the website (errors and omissions excepted), but may change at any time and are subject to availability. Product styles, colours and sizes featured may vary. The availability of products and services may change from time to time. John Batman Group will make every effort to fulfill the items listed.
Delivery times for individual products may vary and only indicative delivery dates are provided. Delivery charge is based on an economy service only, express delivery service can be arranged at a cost. John Batman reserves the right to correct any errors or misprints and withdraw from offer any item at any time.
Products
John Batman Group and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible, however does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by John Batman Group itself is not as described, please return it in an unused condition.
Pricing
Prices displayed are in AUD. All prices are GST inclusive where applicable. Product and delivery prices may change without notice, please check when ordering.
Colours
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products and colour guides appearing on this site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. Please check when ordering.
Accessories
Props, accessories and options pictured and described are not included in the price (unless otherwise specified).
Electrical Appliances
A one-year manufacturers warranty is provided on all electrical items.
Loyalty Rewards Club
The Loyalty Rewards Club membership card and member benefits are valid for one year from date of issue.
Loyalty Rewards Club membership will be automatically renewed once the minimum yearly spend level is reached.
To requalify for the Loyalty Rewards Club members must spend a minimum of $3,000 (inc GST) per year on any products from the John Batman Group product range.
Membership will lapse if the minimum spend requirement is not reached. If membership is not automatically renewed, the standard membership fee will apply if the member choses to renew their membership.
From time to time free membership is offered to new members when joining the Loyalty Rewards Club for the first time. These offers are not valid for past or existing members.
Loyalty Rewards Club membership fee is $140.00 (inc GST).
Free delivery to Loyalty Rewards Club members only applies when ordering 5 or more cartons of Guest Amenities. When other products are added to the same order of 5 mixed cartons of Guest Amenities (in the one order only), these products will also be delivered without the delivery charge.
If a Loyalty Rewards card has been lost or misplaced, a replacement card can be issued for an administration fee of $30.00 (inc GST).
The Loyalty Rewards Card is not a credit or charge card.
The Loyalty Rewards Card is not transferable and remains the property of John Batman Group.
Offers and discounts may vary from time to time.
Discounts on Guest Amenities does not include any of the items from the K'esi luxury spa range.
Samples provided by John Batman Group to customers are provided in presentation boxes. These boxes are provided as presentation only and are not included with orders.
Props and accessories shown within catalogues and online are not included.
Returns Policy
Please choose carefully when purchasing any of our products as special conditions do apply when returning items. Our Returns Policy outlines returns within a 7 day period.
With your receipt - we will provide you with an exchange, John Batman credit or refund, if items are found to be faulty or do not match the description provided.
Without your receipt - we will provide you with an exchange or John Batman credit if items are returned unused, in perfect condition and in the same packaging that it was supplied in. If items are found to be faulty or do not match the description provided, we will offer you an exchange for an identical item.
No refund will be given if:
- the customer simply changes their mind and decides they do not like the goods or have no use for them;
- the instructions of the manufacturer have not been followed correctly;
- the fault was caused by tampering or action of the customer;
- the customer discovers they can buy the goods cheaper elsewhere; or
- the customer had a defect drawn to their attention before purchasing, that is, seconds or faulty goods were originally purchased at a discount price.
Refunds, exchanges and repairs will not be provided after delivery has occurred unless the item is faulty or does not match the description provided.
If returning an item you will be required to demonstrate some identification so that we can record your name and verify your signature.
